I brought in a 2008 Malibu. The front passenger door lock did not work. Also, the directional signal would not turn off. It was also time for an oil change. I called and got a same day appointment from the service dept. I brought the car in and everything was completed in about two hours. I have always had great service at Bill Buck.

We have never had an issue with your dealership. Everybody is always friendly and they do the right thing. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told the tire rotation didn't need to be done because the tires looked great. That's integrity! They could have done it anyway to make a buck but they didn't. They also do right by their customers. That's why will never go anywhere else!

This was for a recall but decided to do Oil Change etc now as my son is living on East coast so I would prefer all work done by Bill Buck. Initially the part was to take a week to get; that would not work since my son will return to East Coast and not return before part would be returned but Bill Buck got the part quickly notifying me via email; when I called an explained the situation; service adviser without hesitation agreed to "fit" this in so it could be done here; no better service could be expected. We appreciate good and prompt service like we get from Bill Buck which is the reason we just purchased (8/12) two new vehicles for our family from them.

I brought my 10 year old van in when my check engine light suddenly came on. Everyone at Bill Buck was so courteous and helpful, especially the woman at the desk and the mechanic and the technician. The lady at the desk called Hertz for me and a rental vehicle was ready quickly. The problem with the van was diagnosed right away and the work was done that day. I won't hesitate to return to Bill Buck for any repair work and will recommend their service dept. to anyone who needs it.

20011 cruze had a bad battery . replaced it all ok very good service very short wait. i called GM for jump .they were on the way. my bat. charger got it started. So i cancled them drove the car in. end of story bat had a dead cell bat. only 21 months old.
