  • We have never had an issue with your dealership. Everybody is always friendly and they do the right thing. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told the tire rotation didn't need to be done because the tires looked great. That's integrity!   • This was for a recall but decided to do Oil Change etc now as my son is living on East coast so I would prefer all work done by Bill Buck. Initially the part was to take a week to get; that would not work since my son will return to East Coast and not return before part would be returned but Bill Buck got the part quickly notifying me via email; when I called an explained the situation; service adviser without hesitation agreed to "fit" this in so it could be done here; no better service could be expected. Everyone at Bill Buck was so courteous and helpful, especially the woman at the desk and the mechanic and the technician. The lady at the desk called Hertz for me and a rental vehicle was ready quickly. The problem with the van was diagnosed right away and the work was done that day.
